<p>A book of poems and photos celebrating the Chesapeake Bay by author/poet Christine Higgins and photographer Kevin Higgins. The poems, accompanied by photographs that complement the words, tell of pleasures, observations and experiences encountered while staying at a beach cottage on the Chesapeake Bay in Calvert County,&nbsp;away from the stresses of busy lives in New York and Baltimore.&nbsp; As one of the purposes of the book is to preserve the beauty of this and other coastal places, 10% of proceeds from the book will be donated to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.</p>
